Restaurant SPV (RS)
HR Officer (HRO)
Exec Secretary (ES)

STAFF LEVEL:

Accounting Staff (AS)
Front Office Staff (FOS)
Housekeeping Staff (HS)
Cook Helper (CH)
FB Service Staff (FBS)
Engineering

Qualifications:

Minimum age at 20 y.o for staff and supervisor level ans 29 y.o for Manager level and minimum 38 y.o for Hotel Manager
Minimum 10 years hotel operational experience as RDM, FBM, Asst DOS or FB Director (HM)
A proven track record in Hotel Operational Manager (HM)
Good experience handling cash-flow with sales & marketing oriented objectives (HM)
A bachelor degree in Management or Hotel Management (HM)
Having experienced minimum 1 year for staff level, 3 years for supervisor level and 5 years for manager level
Having an educational background in each position
Strong leadership and team player for Supervisor and Manager Level
English literature is a must
Strong analytical skills is a must (CA)
Must know about cost control and purchasing activities (CA, SA)
Must know about the system and handling complain guest (AFM, FOS)
Experienced in kitchen operation especially Chinese food and strong analytical skill in regards of food cost activities (CC)
